<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>科研中的“可控平衡术”</strong></h2>



<p>宋淼老师的求学履历清晰而坚定。本科三年级，当许多同学还在犹豫时，他已规划好科研道路。<strong>2009年春天，他放弃本校保研资格，选择报考竞争更激烈的中南大学。</strong>“就像做科研，决定好了就不要犹豫，只管向着目标做下去。”他这样解释。这份果敢帮助他脱颖而出。</p>



<p>在实验室，宋淼老师十分注重平衡基础研究和应用研究。他认为两者相互关联、相互促进。<strong>他常对学生强调，深入理解材料的微观机制是技术创新的根基。</strong>那些在原子尺度上观测到的现象，是他科研工作的基础。</p>

<p><strong>同时，他也保持着对产业需求的敏锐。</strong>“基础研究与应用开发之间存在着天然的桥梁，”他说，“一个微观新现象可能解决宏观大难题；实际问题又能为基础研究指明新方向。”他的课题组每周组会既讨论实验现象，也规划技术转化路径。他要求学生既能钻研基础，又关注现实需求。“科研就像登山，”他说，<strong>“基础研究是登山杖，应用目标是山顶的旗帜。两者缺一不可。</strong></p>



<p>压力大时，湘江西岸的浅滩是他的精神港湾。“钓鱼教会我等待的艺术，”宋淼老师说。他将这种理念带入科研：<strong>强调实验设计的严谨性，也鼓励学生以开放心态面对意外结果。</strong></p>



<p>“好的研究人员要像钓鱼人一样，既要有明确目标，也要对意外现象保持开放心态。”</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>拆解迷茫的“拆弹专家”</strong></h2>



<p><strong>“学生对科研的畏惧，本质源于未知，”</strong>宋淼老师道，“就像小孩子怕黑，不是因为黑暗本身可怕，而是因为不知道黑暗里藏着什么。”</p>



<p>为此，他设计出渐进式培养“三部曲”：<strong>实景破壁→竞赛铸信→课题锚向。</strong>当本科新生第一次在透射电镜下看到金属原子清晰的位错形貌，课本知识瞬间化作触手可及的真实世界。2022级本科生曾同学回忆：“宋老师让我们看到，科研是触手可及、可以亲身参与的真实世界。”</p>

<p>他的J型人格在指导学生竞赛时展现得淋漓尽致：为“羽盾新材”团队准备的指导手册厚如典籍——往届项目技术分析、答辩语速控制、预设问题库……最终团队斩获湖南省大学生创新大赛一等奖，<strong>这份荣誉背后，是他对每个环节的极致把控。</strong></p>



<p>他更是“量体裁衣”的科研裁缝——“宋老师总能根据每个学生的特点，找到最适合的发展方向，”研究生时誉航说。宋淼老师办公室墙上贴着用不同颜色磁贴标注的科研进度表，为每个学生预留成长空间。</p>



<p>平衡教学、科研、家庭是个不小的挑战<strong>。宋老师便将工作日划分成时间模块，用不同颜色标注事项，但总会保留弹性时间。</strong>“就像晶体结构中引入位错释放应力，时间表也需要留余地应对问题。”他这样解释他的时间哲学。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>讲台上的“实验艺术家”</strong></h2>



<p>对宋淼老师而言，讲台是连接教育与科研的纽带。教学与科研相互滋养——<strong>课堂想法能启发研究课题，科研突破又能变成课堂实例。</strong></p>



<p>每学期开课前，他会在脑海绘制精细的“知识网络图”，将基础概念、前沿进展和问题编织成网，并不断更新。“上周刚发表的论文，这周就可能会出现在我的课件里，”他说，<strong>“保持教学内容的前沿性，是培养未来科研人才的基本要求。”</strong></p>



<p>教学方法上，他像做实验一样讲知识。比如讲材料相变理论，不会直接给结论，而是从概念和方程开始，用关键问题引导，引出课题组正在攻关的难题。这种方法训练了学生的科研思维。<strong>“最好的教学是让学生看见知识的生长过程。”</strong>他还常把未完成的实验数据带进课堂，邀请学生共同分析异常现象、讨论机理。</p>

<p>学术论文批改是思维与耐心的考验，<strong>宋淼老师不仅能精准找出关键问题，还常在论文边缘写下带温度的批注。</strong>这种指导方式源于他的导师培养。“当年我的导师从不直接告诉我答案，”他回忆，“而是用问题引导我独立思考。”现在，<strong>他在组会上扮演“提问大师”角色，抛出精准问题引导学生深入探索。</strong></p>



<p>“优秀的科研后备军比任何仪器都珍贵。”<strong>在他看来，前沿研究与人才培养是同一枚硬币的两面。</strong>“我们不是在填充容器，而是在点燃火种，”他说，“而最好的引火物，莫过于教师自身对科研的热忱。”</p>
