<p class="wp-block-paragraph">奥飞工业材料设计指南，主要针对工业管道、设备锅炉等气凝胶节能方案。由于<a href="https://alfy.cn/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">气凝胶涂料</a>形态完全区别于传统的保温隔热材料。是一种带有吸附性并干燥成膜的隔热材料，传统的涂料施工方法就能满足。相比其他的隔热材料极大地减少了施工成本及时间，并杜绝了材料本身的危害性。同时，在-40-400℃的温度段，用一种施工方式及结构，就能应对复杂的管道体系及设备状况。</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">一、<strong>气凝胶涂料施工工艺</strong></h3>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><a href="https://alfy.cn/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">气凝胶</a>涂料是一种新型的保温材料，通过低导热系数来实现隔热保温的种涂料。气凝胶以其最优秀的保温性能，非常贴合保温涂料的技术要求，既要保温隔热效果好，又要涂膜薄。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">目前，气凝胶涂料主要以中涂层的形式存在。目前现有的涂料施工工艺，都能满足气凝胶涂料的施工，不需要额外的学习及定制相应的施工设备。气凝胶涂料具体结构如下：</p>

<li>为表涂。主要功能为防刮及美观，能有效的保护气凝胶不会因日常的使用及摩擦中出现损坏，并且保持美观。</li>
